13 [Tais como] : transgredir e mentir contra o SENHOR, e se desviar de seguir a nosso Deus; falar de opressão e rebelião, conceber e falar palavras de falsidade do coração.
14 Por isso que o direito retrocedeu, e a justiça ficou de longe; pois a verdade tropeçou na praça, e a correta decisão não pode entrar.
15 E a verdade se perde, e quem se desvia do mal corre o risco de ser saqueado; e o SENHOR o viu, pareceu mal em seus olhos, por não haver justiça.
