20 Por acaso não é Efraim um filho precioso para mim? Não é ele um filho do meu agrado? Pois mesmo tendo eu falado contra ele, eu me lembro dele constantemente. Por isso minhas entranhas se comovem por ele; certamente terei compaixão dele,diz o SENHOR.
21 Levanta para ti sinais, põe para ti marcos altos; presta atenção à vereda, ao caminho [por onde] vieste; volta-te, ó virgem de Israel, volta-te para estas tuas cidades.
22 Até quando andarás sem rumo, ó filha rebelde? Pois o SENHOR criará uma coisa nova sobre a terra: uma fêmea cercará ao varão.
23 Assim diz o SENHOR dos exércitos, Deus de Israel: Novamente dirão esta palavra na terra de Judá e em suas cidades, quando eu os restaurar de seu infortúnio: O SENHOR te abençoe, ó morada de justiça, ó monte santo.
